Some action at 50 knots on L’Iles Dorleans, in Quebec, Canada. Huge tide pulls the water opposite to the wind providing endless surf on the huge swells. The result is much like the Gorge with the sensation you are going downwind only to turn around and see you are still higher upwind

Two weeks ago Ben Newson went on a solo mission in Australia to find some good conditions. Ben tried again to set up his camera on the beach and capture a bit of footage to cut together and make a story of the day. He set the focus roughly where he thought he would be sailing and press record. The camera is supposed to record for 30 min intervals but seems to stop around the ten minute mark give or take a bit. This meant a lot of running up and down the beach to reset the button.
Enjoy the video.
