The 2012 Paracas Worlds took place from Decemeber 17th – 22nd, on the Bay of Paracas, which is located about 250kms South of Lima, Peru.
Congratulations to Paulo Dos Reis (BRA 3333) who takes the title of 2012 Formula Experience World Champion. FE Masters Champion is Marcello Morrone (BRA 3), FE Youth Champion is Gabriel Bastos (BRA 127), FE Women’s Champion is Bruna Mello (BRA 49) and Alessio Botteri (PER 20) is the undisputed FE Junior Champion.

This is the first footage of the first prototype from Starboard that worked amazingly well for Dany Bruch. It is his “dream board” creation project for light winds and mushy waves, based on existing real surfboards.
After this video some more prototypes were build to have all details worked out in perfection and to be added to the final master board. The “Black Box” is now in production, has been added to the 2014 Starboard board range and will be in the shops by mid 2013.

Cleison Silva produced a short video featuring the Windjeri Team Camocim. Camocim is a excellent freestyle spot a bit North of Jeri. This clip features Hugo de Souza (15 years old), Josè Santos (17 years old), Jamilson (19 years old) and in the end a short part with Edvan de Souza.

I have always wanted to go to Chile as some of the largest swells on the planet hit there. Robby Swift gave me the opportunity to come down and visit his new home in Chile and try to windsurf a iconic big wave surfing spot called Punta De Lobos.
The trip was a real test to our commitment to successfully complete this story which actually came down to the last day of wind and the last few hours of light before it was all over. It really made for a exiting trip. – JP
Fanatic honor there World Champions from the 2012 PWA season with this special World Champs clip. Gollito Estredo finished 1st in Freestyle and is now the Freestyle World Champ 2012 (and Freestyle World Champ for the 5th time!). Gollito won 3 out of 3 PWA Freestyle events in 2012, a really great performance! Also well done to Laure Treboux, who has the title PWA Freestyle Vice World Champ 2012 and of course Victor Fernandez, who is PWA Wave Vice World Champ 2012!
Hugo who is only 15 years old is probably one of the most talented freestyle windsurfer in the world. The goal of this movie is to show his talents to the world and to bring people to make a donation. Like this we want to try to make Hugo able to start his career as a professional windsurfer by competing for the first time at the PWA 2013 at Fuerteventura.
