This project is supporting 10 upcoming windsurf talents in the age between 12-23 years to give them a chance to get one step closer of being a windsurf pro.
One week of training, photo-shooting and coaching, guided by an expert crew including windsurf pros like Flo Jung, Boujma Guilloul or snowboarding Olympic gold medalist Nicola Thost . It is a unique opportunity to learn from them and to get important advises for a successful windsurf career.
This camp is set up for freestyle- and wavesailors in order to give them a chance to present themself beside competitions. Every participant gets a specific coaching in terms of training, media work and dealing with sponsors.

For the second day of the 12th Defi Wind of Gruissan, the wind picked up from south east. Philippe Bru and his staff decided to run a funny race including an unbelievable beach rabbit start!
The biggest windsurfing event world wide is about to start at Gruissan. First days were about registration and chiling out on the local beach of the Chalets with lots of live music. May the Tram’ be with us for the week end!
Life is full of challenges. And it has not been any different today. Thanks to hard work of organizers beach got bigger this morning, as well as the swell overnight. Side shore winds coming down from the big mountain were gusting from 5-30knots so it is hard to imagine more challenging conditions for racing and especially team racing as today. Hard for the Olympians and even harder for the kids on techno.
