German pro wavesailer Leon Jamaer scored on his last day in Sal Cape Verde. Leon had been there for two weeks without scoring a decent session. The day he had to leave a big swell was forecasted so he headed to the beach before sunrise. With the the swell not that clean and a large shorebreak it he was forced to wait for the wind to fill in. We’re glad he did check out this awesome clip.
“I didn’t think I had good chances to make it through the shorebreak but somehow made it to the outside.” – Leon Jamaer
One of the many rough cuts from Minds Wide Open that didn’t make the DVD, check it out this clip with Kauli Seadi, Ricardo Campello and Marcilio Browne in Cape Verde
