BACK-TO-BACK VICTORIES FOR KOSTER AND IBALLA RUANO MORENO
The 2012 PWA Tenerife World Cup saw the completion of the event as epic conditions had allowed for double elimination to be completed by the early afternoon. “I’m super stoked with the win, especially since Alex Mussolini was absolutely on fire today. I tried the triple and I really want to do it, hopefully we get the same conditions as last year in Denmark and I can pull it off!” – Philip Köster
“I don’t know what’s going on because I managed to pull a big move in the last minute again, I’m stoked although I think I was a little bit lucky. I never thought that I would manage to beat Daida twice, and I am super happy to win two events in a row for the first time in my life.” – Iballa Ruano Moreno
Although the event is technically still taking place until tomorrow, there hasn’t been much action. Riders have been taking the time to relax and go free sailing, some have been testing new 2013 gear. Today was apparently very chill, and the competitors where enjoy the break, with the official end of the event tomorrow will let you know if any more action happens.
