Freestyle action featuring the Belgian freestyle windsurfer Dieter van der Eyken. The spots you see in the clips are Brouwersdam and Oostvoorne, in Holand.
First off, I would like to thank everyone who is enjoying the page, we’ve seen a steady incline in traffic over the last few weeks. I’m still working hard on a new layout with many new exciting features, and tons of useful info!
However as I’m in Icaraizhino, Brazil for the next 6 months teaching windsurfing, you may see a slight decline in posts, hopefully I will be able to keep up, but have already slipped behind on coverage of the PWA Teneriefe event as I was in airports and planes. If anyone wants to contribute hit me up!

Check out all the action from the CGWA Windfest Weekend held July 7-8th, 2012 at the Hood River Event Site in the Gorge. (A film by Adam Wojtkowiak).
After a failed first attempt 2 years ago, watersport master Kai Lenny attempts to windsurf 56 miles across Lake Michigan. Better equipment, a better forecast, and a different location set the stage for his second attempt, and it all falls onto Kai to power through hours of constant focus and bitter cold to pull it off. After 2 hours and 50 minutes of windsurfing through endless choppy waves, Kai emerges triumphant on the other side of the lake.
A short teaser clip from the PWA Pozo World Cup, with promise of a full movie coming soon!
Boujmaa Guilloul is interviewed about the upcoming fiction-feature film Land. He is the film’s stunt coordinator and also has a supporting role playing himself. He talks about life in Morocco and the craziness of windsurfing to Europe. Find out more about the film on indiegogo.com/land.

The Kingfisher wave spot located in the North of Luzon Island in the Philippines is one of the best wave sailing spots in the world. We have recently discovered its potential for wind sports and have kept it secret for a while. Now we have the infrastructure ready to accommodate travelers and offer them a perfect windsurfing and/or kiteboarding vacation.
