Pedro from Portugal sent us a really clip about his father, who still enjoys sailing on the gear of the older days. He is using a Wayler plus an origanal 5,9 m triangle sail and even performs some cool freestyle tricks. Perhaps it motivates you know to grab some old big gear and enjoy windsurfing during a nice sunny summerday in 5 to 10 knots of wind. Slam some jibes or go for a railride or get your friends on board.

The 2012 Bic Techno 293 World Championships have wrapped up on day 5, the numerous competitors had fun and raced fair! Present stars of Techno are future stars of windsurfing. Some of them won their first world title here in Medemblik.

Olympic superstars from past and present met the future stars of windsurfing in Medemblik on Day 4. Gold medalist Stephan van den Berg ( Los Angeles 1984 ) and Dorian van Rijsselberghe (London 2012) enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, signed a lot of autographs and made sure followers are on the right path.
