Pro windsurfers Jason Polakow and Robby Swift test out some new prototype Neil Pryde sails in Maui, Hawaii. The designer wasn’t too stoked when the boys took to the sky with some massive airs, destroying the sails on a heavy day at Lanes…but the heli footage definitely makes up for it! Check it out!
It’s not often that sailors get Ho’okipa nearly to them selves, but when a contest is on only 4 sailors are on the water, so everyone else is warming and sailing lanes. Here’s a quick clip from Kauli Seadi shot at Lanes during the 2013 Aloha Classic.
Robby Naish, Josh Stone, Boujmaa Guilloul , Bernd Roediger, Pascal Bronnimann and many more enjoying some Kona Winds at Lanes on Maui Hawaii. Kona’s are a rare event that happens on Maui, when a Cyclone effect the wind direction resulting in large surf, and strong winds.
A little bit from everywhere this week. Marcilio Browne is back on Maui and Jimmie Hepp caught him out nearly alone at Lanes on some big Nasty Waves. And a nice feature of Albert Pijoan a Pozo local who is training over the winter in Cape Town South Africa shot by Jose Pina.
