Russian freestyler Yegor Popretinskiy is a regular in Vietnam. It is a promotional video for one of his sponsors Surf4You. The video is great and was shot in mid-December of 2012 in Mui Ne, Vietnam, which includes waves, freestyle and some nice bump and jump conditions.
Russian freestyle windsurfer Valdimir Yakovlev (RUS-99) has brings a new clip filmed in Vietnam. Vladimier spent all of February there riding Mui Ne which he said was the warmest & cheapest place he has travelled to.
