The 2012 Bic Techno 293 World Championships have wrapped up on day 5, the numerous competitors had fun and raced fair! Present stars of Techno are future stars of windsurfing. Some of them won their first world title here in Medemblik.
Trying to capture all the action with 450 competitor on 3 courses, can be quite hard, but the producers of the 293 World Championships are trying. On the third day they asked the competitors to describe this place in 3 words.
Super Wednesday maybe did not deliver promised 26 knots of wind, but sun and fair racing conditions are responsible for many smiling faces. Check out the racing from Day 2.
